How long can I get the refund?
We arrange your partial or full refund after getting your confirmation. And we notify you by email when successfully arranged the refund.
How long can I get the money after receiving the email?
If you paid your order with Credit card:
Stripe submits refund request to your bank or card issuer after we arranged your refund. You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
Stripe will also send you an email notifying you about the refund.
If you paid your order with PayPal:

Can I change my shipping address?

Otakuinspired Yes, you can change the shipping address BEFORE your order has been shipped out.

Contact us by online chat, submitting a ticket or emailing to service@otakuinspired.com.

We will update the delivery information in time before delivery.

* Please kindly understand that editing the addresses in your Otakuinspired personal account won’t notify us to change the shipping addresses for your current under processing orders.

In case that if you want to change the shipping addres for the order which has been already shipped out:

1. For Standard Shipping Method

a. Pick up the package from the original address if your package was successfully delivered.

b. Ask for a second delivery if your package was returned to the warehouse.

2. For Expedit Shipping Method

An Extra $15 will be needed to change the shipping address of the package in transit.

Please kindly understand that we’re not responsible for the lost pacakges under the listed situation:

Moved without informing us timely before order has been shipped.
No person at home and no one could be reached on phone when pacakge is under delivery.
Package being destroyed by the local express company because of long-term unavailability of the receipent.
Otakuinspired tried to contact the receipent by email / SMS but never get replies.
